We require a deposit of 50% to reserve or book an event and is due upon booking your event. Your reserved event needs to be paid 2 days prior to your event. If your event is reserved 3 days prior to your event, the reservation needs to be paid in full at the time of the booking.
Our service area is a 15-mile radius of the City of Chula Vista from the zip code 91910, however, we serve areas beyond 15 miles with an additional fuel charge outside of our service area. The fuel surcharge is as follows:
15 miles or less: No additional fuel charge
15.1 - 20 miles: $29
20.1 - 25 miles: $39
25.1 - 30 miles: $49
30.1 - 35 miles: $59
35.1 - 40 miles: $69
If your event is beyond 40 miles from our service area, please call us to see if we can come to your event.
There will be No Refunds if the event is cancelled after receiving the deposit or any payments after the reservation is made. If the event is canceled 72 hours or less before the event, you will still be resposible to pay the full amount any remaing balance due on your reservation.
Events may only be rescheduled once and within six months of the original event date if the desired date is available with no penalty fee.
The interior of the Ultimate Game Truck is climate-controlled for hot summers and cold winters. We are usually able to conduct our services any time of the year, however, for mild inclement weather, the exterior gaming stations may not be available, and the Game Coach will make the necessary adjustments for a successful event. Also, if we are not able to provide our services due to severe and unexpected weather conditions and storm warnings, flooding, heavy rain, thunder/lightning storm, extreme winds, etc., we may, (and reserve the right to), delay or reschedule your service to preserve the safety of our staff, equipment, and especially you and your guests. If you are aware in advance of any weather threat that may affect your event and you are concerned, please contact us to try to reschedule for a later date.
We, The Ultimate Game Truck, strive to make your event as fun as possible so that you and your family and friends can relax and have a good time while your children/kids are entertained with the Ultimate Game Truck, however, we also care for the well-being and safety of all the kids we require that a parent or responsible adult be present inside the gaming theatre at all times when the kids are under the age of 8 and just outside the gaming trailer for older children. We also require a parent or guardian to be within contact with the gaming coaches for kids under the age of 15 should a need to contact them may arise.
The Ultimate Game Truck does not allow any drinks or any time of food inside of our gaming theatre.
We understand sometimes at parties or events alcohol is served, however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or event when alcohol is being served if it is affecting or we see situations that may lead to incidents that would endanger your guests, our staff or equipment. Our goals are to deliver fun and entertainment to your guests in a nice and clean environment. Therefore, drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around The Ultimate Game Truck equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
Neither The Ultimate Game Truck nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theatre in a specific location. This includes both above grounds and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, The Ultimate Game Truck reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by the client’s guests. Neither The Ultimate Game Truck nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
The Ultimate Game Truck always wants to show everyone how much fun The Ultimate Game Truck can bring to your special event or party by taking pictures or videos while your party is going on, The Ultimate coaches may be taking pictures inside or outside our gaming theater and share them in our social media channels and/or website and you and/or your guest cannot collect royalties for the use of the pictures/videos used in our social media channels. If you do not want our staff taking pictures or videos for the use of our social media, please contact us prior to the party or let our staff know immediately upon our arrival.
The Ultimate Game Truck will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theatre without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated the game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let our Game Coaches know as soon as you can after he gets there.
To have the best fun and gaming experience is best when the trailer in the most level & flat area, however, we will try to park our trailer on the best spot to accommodate your party. Our Game Coaches are required to park in your neighbourhood street, so you might want to let your neighbours know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. If you have a long and ample driveway where you prefer us to park the trailer, we will try our best to accommodate your request but please keep in mind that our Game Coaches will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 65 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coaches will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event. The trailer stays attached to the truck for the purposes of stability. Also, our trailer cannot park on non-hardened surfaces or soft areas.
